See the "Reformation Through Art". The children each made an art project and then explained how their project related to the Reformation.
Last Day of School Picnic
The 2010-2011 school year ended with a picnic and awards ceremony. We then closed the school year as we had opened - with a chapel service in the church.
The children in grades K-8 presented the musical The Adventures of Lewis and Clark at the Peet Community Center.
Field Trip February 2011
Grades K-8 traveled to The Middland Center for the Arts for their field trip. While there they explored the Hall of Ideas and studied everything from agriculture to zoology! In addition to the Hall of Ideas our children explored the fascinating world of dinosaurs.
Snow Hill 2011
Our students' favorite winter activity only happens after the "snow elf" leaves a hill out in the park.
LutherFest

Walk to Washington
The children finished their 616 mile "Walk to Washington DC" by walking the final quarter mile together. Congratulations on a job well done!
Zoo at School
Potter Park Zoo visited school. As you can see the children enjoyed an afternoon of learning.
Fall Parties
The children dressed up and played some games at our fall parties.
Alpacas in the Park
Children enjoyed learning about Alpacas. The children in the Lower Grades also used some Alpaca and Llama hair to make art projects.
Soccer Tournament
The team fought hard but came up short in the CMLAL soccer tournament. Good Shepherd scored the winning goal with about 30 seconds to go!
Grape Juice Field Trip
On September 15 the school children went to a local "vinyard" to see firsthand how we can get the juice out of grapes. The children experienced the entire process - from picking the grapes to "stomping" them to pressing and finally drinking the juice.
"MLS Track 2010"
All children in grades Kindergarten through Eighth grade compete each year in the Mid-Michigan Small Schools track meet.
Dig It!
It May 2010 the entire school learned about history while performing Dig It.
